We have the honor to inform you that The Volunteer Guide Association of Kansai Traditional Handicrafts SGG Kansai –KADEKO SGG Kansai for short– was founded in May 1st, 2010.
Our main activities are to revitalize and promote the traditional handicrafts industries all over the world.
Therefore, our guide places would be mainly limited to the crafts galleries, artisans houses and crafts shops and also The World Heritage Sites in Kansai District.
As you know, the traditional handicrafts have been manufactured by high skilled artisans here in Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Wakayama, Shiga, Hyogo and Tokyo. We feel warm heart whenever we see and touch the handicrafts.
